Principal Connections - executive search has been retained by a a global top 100 award-winning marketing & events agency in its search to appoint for the new post of Managing Director.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Managing Director will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team and will drive growth and profitability through the development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
The incumbent will manage the company's financial performance; oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies; maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders; and oversee and improve operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified and interested candidates will be operating at an appropriate Senior Management level with a significant understanding of the marketing, events and/or adjacent industries.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and commercial growth skills together with a creative approach to driving operational improvements. In addition, candidates will have a track record of success in directly managing a business or business unit with performance and oversight accountability.
