Manage HR Magazine's mission is to empower HR Directors to step out of their traditional silos and embrace a strategic role for their organisations, explicitly using talent to drive business value to customers and shareholders. The Magazine has this week unveiled its official list of the top 10 executive search and headhunting firms in Europe for 2024 with Principal Connections acknowledged as Ireland's inclusion.
In formulating its selection, Manage HR Magazine asked its qualified subscribers (c.80,000 across digital and print) to nominate companies they would recommend to their peers for their exemplary executive search and headhunting services. On receiving numerous nominations from across Europe, the editorial team carefully reviewed and evaluated each nomination based on clearly pre-definied criteria which included - customer satisfaction (placement rate's, stick ratio's), market presence (brand equity, team recognition) and innovation (methodologies, processes, tools, systems) .
The most promising executive search and headhunting firms were then progressed to the final evaluation round conducted by panelists i.e. CHRO's, CEO's, Chairs etc. and other regular contributors to the Magazine.
